She is Fixed Current mood: calm
Yesterday we went to an auction in hopes of buying a house. We knew we were doomed when close to 600 people showed up and had their deposits in cash. We had a little hope when the first condo sold for 600k that was on Gulf shore and overlooked the water. The house that we had our eyes on started at 400k and just kept going up. If there was ever another auction we would research a bunch of houses. You wouldn't believe what these homes were going for. It looks like maybe one day we will be able to buy a house :)
The boat is finally fixed!!! It feels good to be back out in the water. My Mom and Grandma are coming into town this weekend. I am excited it is the first time my Grandma has come to visit and my mom hasn't been here in a year.
