A hunting we will go.......
House hunting in Naples can be a very discouraging thing for people our age. We finally are adjusting to the sticker shock. It is nice that prices are finally starting to come down. They are the furthest thing from reasonable but it is starting to look hopeful that we will be able to purchase a home in Naples in the location that we would like. We hope to wait a couple of more months till the people that purchased homes in hopes of flipping and making a huge profit get desperate. Right now they still think they can get 200k more than what they purchased for it a year ago. The good thing about waiting is we can really decide what we want and not settle on something. Till then we have the condo which isn't all that bad, it justs get a little frustrating living so close to our not so nice, not so sane neighbors. The latest and greatest is our favorite neighbors have installed video cameras facing their POS cars......some people I will never get.
