Yesterday was a (paid) volunteer day, my work closed down for the day and all of the associates went out into the community and volunteered. Our office participated in a Habitat Build, I definitely have a new appreciation for building a house. The crew leader "fired" me from many of projects politely saying how about you try something different. We did get the closest thing to a power tool that we were going to get (an electronic staple gun) and we lost it. I think I am going to stick with my day job. It was a wonderful experience and I am very thankful for everything in my life.
