I must say it is pretty nice to celebrate Thanksgiving wearing shorts and a t-shirt. The weather was beautiful this week. Today is going to be in the low 80's. My aunt and uncle were in town and we celebrated Turkey day at my grandma's. Friday we went out on the boat (yes uneventful) and then went out to a local fish house.
We are trying to make a decision about going home for X-mas. I think we are going to go with "adult" choice and stay in Florida. It will be hard not being in MI but we need to be responsible. Steve is starting school in January and unfortunately every single one of our bills is due on the 1st. Condo living is nice at times but every three months we have to pay a maintentance fee (ouch) and of course it is due on Jan 1st. We have already been home 4 times this year and if we went home Steve would have been on more vacation days in the last two months then have had worked. We are still looking at all of our options but I think we will probably stay here.
